We met in 2021 at the tail-end of the pandemic through Bumble. Hector's caption was something along the lines of "If you like sports and Entourage we'll get along just fine". Delia's response was "I only watch the Celtics and Mexican National soccer team and don't know what Entourage is". That did it folks.

During our first date we learned we had so much in common outside of sports and Entourage. After a few months of getting to know each other we decided to make it official and we have been inseparable since then. We've been enjoying life, traveling, cuddling with our dogs, eating great food and watching a lot of shows and movies along the way (Yes, Hector made Delia watch all 20 million seasons of Entourage). We both are so excited to see what the future looks like for us, and we are more excited to celebrate this chapter with our most loved ones by our sides.

We chose Costa Rica to celebrate our wedding because we both take so much pride in our Latin and Hispanic roots and are excited to share that with you all. Traveling is one of our love languages, so of course we wanted to try and get as many of you out there as we can. We appreciate your prescence, though we understand what a big commitment this is. We love you all regardless, and are just happy to make this official!

Fun fact: Our wedding day, January 24th, is actually Delia's parent's 49th wedding anniversary. We are hoping it brings us some good luck in having a long healthy marriage and it will also be our "something borrowed".
