We recommend flying into Denver International Airport. From there, it takes about 1.5 hours to get to Estes Park, CO. There is a shuttle that takes you from DIA to Estes Park if you are not able to provide your own transportation: https://www.estesparkshuttle.com/DIA-airport-shuttle.
What about parking?
The parking lot for our venue is TINY. Only 12 cars are allowed. It is recommended to carpool, stay somewhere within walking distance, shuttle to the venue using a local shuttle route, or park in downtown Estes Park. Our best recommendation is to park at the Estes Park Visitor Center and take the RED ROUTE to Bond Park (stop 2). Our venue is a very close walk to this stop. Uber and Lyft are not readily available in Estes Park, CO. If you plan to drive a car to the venue, please let Dena or Luke know beforehand so we can manage how many cars will have a space.
What is a micro-wedding?
A micro-wedding is a small wedding -- usually with less than 50-60 guests. We are having one. It's going to be great!
When should I arrive to the venue?
Please plan to arrive approximately 10 minutes before the listed event time. We are charged for guests arriving early. While we appreciate punctuality, perhaps plan for a nice stroll to the venue instead of a fast-walk. There may be traffic in Estes Park, so please plan accordingly.
How formal is this?
This is not a black tie affair. Think: fancy outdoor brunch with yard games afterward. Dressy casual attire is fine! Keep in mind that mountain weather can get chilly, so be sure to bring a light jacket.
Can I bring a Plus 1?
Unless your invitation designates you can bring a plus one, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests for our micro-wedding.
Is this event dog-friendly?
YES! Titan will be there in full force. Bring your fido friend, too, if you'd like!
Anything we should know about Colorado?
You will be at about 7,500 feet elevation. Be mindful of how much alcohol you consume as you will feel the effects much quicker. You should be drinking more water than normal. Additionally, while recreational smoking is legal, doing so on the event premises is not allowed.
