Yes, there is a private parking lot on the property when you drive in. Cars cannot stay overnight.

The wedding ceremony will be held outside and our reception will be indoors. There will also be a fire pit going all night and the barn doors will open up at night for guests who would like to step out for some fresh air.

The dress code for the wedding is black tie optional.

Our goal is to keep our very special day as intimate as possible. We are choosing to celebrate with only our closest family and friends. Thank you for respecting our wishes.

Whilst we love the little ones, we can only accommodate children in our immediate family . We plan to have a babysitter available for our family members traveling from out of town that wish to have their kiddos with them for the remainder of the weekend.

The garden party post ceremony will include small snacks and refreshments followed by a sit-down dinner at the reception. Alcoholic/Non-alcoholic drinks will be available at the reception as well as coffee at the bar.

Yes, there will be meal options to accommodate. Please be sure to make note of your dietary restrictions or allergies on your RSVP.

We will have an open bar with wine, imported beers, and seltzer options. ***Due to venue policy, please do not bring any outside alcohol on the property as it is prohibited and the newly weds will be charged per occurrence ***

Our ceremony will begin at 5:30pm. Please arrive by 5:15pm. There will be a cocktail hour/garden party followed by a 4hr reception. Our reception will conclude at 10:30pm.

We will be having an unplugged wedding ceremony, however you are more than welcome to take photos after the ceremony is done!

We kindly ask that you don’t post any photos until we’ve made our first wedding post!

November in Charlotte is moderately chilly with a gentle breeze. Average temperature is a high of 60’s F and a low of 40’s F. Sunset should be around 5:30pm which will make for a beautiful twilight hour ceremony.
