The last day to book under the wedding block is Wednesday, September 28, 2022! There are few hotels in the area and this is the only hotel that the charter bus will be traveling to and from so be sure to book early!
*Guest Transportation
We have rented a charter bus to take guests to and from the hotel. The bus can accommodate 54 guests and will be making one initial trip from the Fairfield Inn and Suites to Rivercrest Farm at 2:30PM and three additional trips at the end of the evening departing from Rivercrest Farm at 8:15PM, 9:45PM, and 11:15PM. No alcohol is permitted on the bus so please leave your open containers at the venue. Guests are welcome to leave their cars at the farm until noon the following day.
Ubers are not available in this area so plan accordingly.
