*** Process of Booking ***

• Determine your travel dates & who you'll be sharing a room with then click on the secure Reservation Link and fill in your information. All reservations must be submitted via the RESERVATION link:

• If you have frequent flyer miles or airline credit vouchers to redeem for a complimentary/discounted flight, The Tropical Travelers are NOT able to book your flight. You must do so on your own directly with the airline.

• Determine if you want travel protection. It's highly recommended! Insurance rates below are based on your total vacation package value per person.

DOWN PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Deposit must be received before February 1, 2016

1) Room Only: It's just $50 per person to book just the room.

2) Room with insurance: It's just $50 per person + the cost of insurance ($59-$169 additional)

3) Room and flights without insurance: It's just $50 per person + total airfare cost.

4) Room and flights with insurance: It's just $50 per person + cost of airfare + the cost of insurance ($59 - $169 additional)

After the down payment is made the final balance is due by July 16, 2016

Once you place your reservation and your payment has been applied you will receive a confirmation invoice/itinerary for your trip!

Cancellation policy:

Reservations canceled from the time the reservation is made until 46 days prior to arrival date will incur a fee of $50.00. Reservations canceled within 45 days of arrival date will be under full penalty and no refunds will be issued. No show reservations are also charged full penalty, 100% of reservation amount.

When should I book? As soon as possible for the best flight schedules and perks for being a part of Denise and Chris's wedding group! Rooms are limited and this popular resort does sell out.

*IMPORTANT! -- Airfare WILL fluctuate depending on availability at time you make your reservation, please make your payment with Stephanie as soon as possible to ensure the lowest rate and best flight time options.

Payment policy: In order to guarantee your room the full payment must be received by July 16, 2016. AIRFARE will be due at the time you are ready to add it to your package. The Tropical Traveler's insurance policy will cover your airfare 100% if booked through The Tropical Travelers. Airfare booked separately is not covered by insurance available through The Tropical Travelers.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted forms of payment.

What travel documents will I need? You will need a valid passport in order to travel to Jamaica. No exceptions.

You will need to indicate on the form if you accept or decline TRIP INSURANCE.

PLEASE NOTE: Insurance CANNOT be added after payment is made. Insurance is due at the time of making the reservation along with the down payment. The cost of insurance is nonrefundable if you cancel.

This plan protects against cancelation penalties if the trip is canceled for any reason prior to departure. It also covers up to $100 per person for trip interruption, up to $800 per person for baggage loss, and up to $5,000 per person for medical expenses. I strongly encourage you to purchase travel protection.

Special Needs: Please specify if anyone in your party meets any of the following criteria: (1) holds frequent flyer miles (2) is hearing or vision impaired (3) has dietary restrictions (4) needs a wheelchair (5) is diabetic (6) is highly allergic.

Frequently Asked Questions:

-Currency: USDs are accepted in Jamaica so there is no need to exchange your currency.

-Clothing: some restaurants require men to wear long pants, shirt with collar & closed toe shoes.

-Airport: you must arrive at the airport two hours prior to flight departure time.

- Weather: The average temperatures in Jamaica during the month of September are highs in the lower to mid-80's and lows in the lower-70's. Ladies, you may want a light sweater for the evenings.

-Passport: go to your local post office and request passport forms, instructions will be provided. It takes approximately 3 weeks for processing. Cost is approximately $135/person. Visit http://travel.state.gov/passport for more information.

-Frequent Flyer: in the event you would like to use your frequent flyer miles you will need to contact the airline directly but make sure you email Stephanie.Lockhart@TheTropicalTravelers.com your flight itinerary so she may arrange for your airport transportation to & from the resort.

-Not Included: gift shop purchases, spa treatments, tours/excursions & motorized water sports.
