Attire: Winter Formal / Semi-Formal (It'll be outside, in the winter, in the mountains, so expect it to be cold)

Map to location available in Photos: 34.696N, 112.1204W We will be meeting at the dirt parking lot at the above coordinates (shown in Photos), and shuttling the last quarter mile to the Mingus Mountain Vista & Picnic Observation Site. This is due to limited parking at the actual ceremony location. The map in Photos shows how to get there from the Mingus Recreational Area turnoff off State Route 89A. We will cover the parking fee. We suggest putting the coordinates into Google Maps to find the location.

Reception

Garden Pavillion at Heritage Park

Attire: Winter Semi-Formal (or whatever you want, honestly, it gon' be cold)

The 2 hour break between the ceremony and reception is to allow for travel time and to change clothes (if you so desire). Map to location available in Photos: 34.6136N, 112.4427W Search Garden Pavillion at Heritage Park in Google Maps to find the place, or use the coordinates above. The map in Photos shows how to get to the Garden Pavillion from Heritage Park Rd. Yes, we know pavilion is spelled wrong, but that's how Google Maps shows it. It should be right across the street from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. For parking, pull up to the kiosk at the entrance and enter in Garrett's phone number without the area code (i.e. 2784877). A parking permit will be printed for you.

COVID PROCEDURES

If you do plan on coming, we require that you have a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 10 days of the wedding date. 10 days are allowed in case you expect a delay in your results, but closer to the wedding date (4 or 5 days) would be preferred. This is for everyone's safety, and those who do not have a negative test will not be allowed to attend. Masks will also be required to be worn during both events, except while eating/drinking during the reception. We want this to be a fun and safe event for everybody. The ceremony and reception are being held outside to allow for proper distancing, hand sanitizer will be provided in abundance, and all surfaces will be disinfected.

If you feel uncomfortable about attending our wedding, due to COVID concerns or otherwise, we understand. The ceremony will also be livestreamed on Zoom for those who cannot or choose not to make it.
