Are the ceremony & reception at the same place?
Yes, they will both be taking place at the venue Hollowbrook Highlands. As long as it isn't raining the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors so please bring layers in case it is a chilly day
Does the venue have parking?
Yes, there is lots of on-site parking at the venue that is complementary!
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony is set to begin at 4:00pm. Please arrive no later than 3:45 pm to ensure that you have enough time to get to the ceremony site.
Can I take pictures?
We kindly ask that you don't take pictures during the ceremony! We have hired an awesome photographer to capture the details and are happy to share the photos when we receive them!
What is the dress code?
We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is cocktail attire. No jeans please!
Can I bring a guest?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
Are kids invited?
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event.
Will dinner be served?
Yes, there will be LOTS of food! There will be appetizers at cocktail hour, a buffet dinner and a late night snack served at our wedding!
When do I need to RSVP by?
September 1st is the latest date we will be accepting RSVP's!
What should I do if I can't make it?
You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly
Will there be a shuttle service?
There will be a shuttle service provided at the END of the night from the venue to the Days Inn Hotel in Lindsay. One shuttle will leave the venue at 23:00 and the other just after midnight.
Are taxi's/uber available?
You can try using UBER or Poppa Eds Taxi service (705) 878-4343 but we are unsure how reliable these options are.
