Call and book under the Williams/Chaney Room Block

TO THE WEDDING:

A bus will arrive at the hotel at 3pm and leave for the venue at 330pm.

LEAVING THE WEDDING:

At 830 a bus will arrive at the venue for those who may want to leave the wedding earlier

A final bus will return at 10pm for the end of the reception to bring everyone back to the hotel

We want everyone to be able to celebrate with us, but we also want everyone to be safe! Cars can be left at the hotel to cut down on those driving after the wedding. If staying at the hotel we highly recommend using the bus services.

The hotel is allowing us to use a conference room for a little after party for those staying in the hotel!

There will be drinks and snacks to help us unwind from a night of dancing
