Please RSVP by August 5th. Otherwise, you will not be in our final headcount.

We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before the start of the ceremony to ensure everyone is on time and seated.

There is a parking lot available at the hall and you are welcome to leave your vehicle overnight. Please arrange for sober drivers or taxis if you plan on drinking.

When you enter the hall there will be clear signage indicating which table you are assigned to and your name will be displayed on your place setting.

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation.

Although we love your littles ones, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event. The only exception will be the little ones in our bridal party/immediate family. We hope you understand and enjoy the night off!

Please refrain from wearing colours traditionally reserved for the bride. This includes white, ivory and cream colours.

Chicken dinner - potato’s, stuffing, veggies and a dinner roll. With dessert to follow.

There will be a cash bar available for anyone who wants to celebrate with a drink. Please arrange for a sober drive if you plan on indulging in alcohol.
