Come join us and enjoy white sand beaches, turquoise waters, tropical cocktails, great food, and beach activities for a few hours! Key Details: Roundtrip transportation, lunch, and welcome drink will be provided. Transportation: Meet at the Sofitel Legend Santa Clara at 7:20 am. Buses will transport us to the boat. The boat ride to the island is 45-50 minutes. We’ll be back at the hotel no later than 4:00 pm. Pack: Sunglasses, sunscreen, swimsuit, towel, coverup, and cash for the cash-only bar.

Meet us for drinks and small bites at Alquimico (https://alquimico.com) in the Walled City of Cartagena. This is our favorite cocktail bar, and it was just named the Best Bar in the World for its progressive cocktails, great music, and incredible atmosphere. Alquimico supports over 20 rural communities and 100+ families with a farm-to-cocktail and food menu -- a true gem of Cartagena that attracts people from all over the world. We can't wait to have you join us there. It's an 8-minute walk from the Sofitel Legend (our hotel and wedding venue). On dinner/food timing: We’ll serve heavy (and delicious) farm-to-table apps during the party. We’d recommend coming somewhat hungry. You could either: 1) Eat a big, late lunch and skip dinner entirely — we’re pretty confident you’d be able to fill up on the apps. 2) Pop into Ana right next door and grab a quick small bite/shared plate at the bar beforehand. No reso needed between 5-7 — just show up. 3) Come to Alquimico when the doors open at 6 and order a few of your own plates on the first or second floor before heading up to the roof for our welcome party! No reso needed — it’ll be dead at the 6pm hour :)
