Our ceremony will be taking place in "The Woods", just up the road from the event center. There will be signs and people guiding your vehicles where there is room available. Please park in the field. There will be golf cart transportation provided for those that may need it. Once the ceremony is over, you may park your vehicle in the Fest Valley Events parking lot, backstage, by the event center. Parking is free overnight.

We have a hotel block located in Chippewa Falls at the Hampton Inn. You are able to call and state that you need a room under the "Bloom/Gray Wedding Block" or you can click the link located in the Travel section of our website. Fest Valley Events is also equipped for camping, though there are a limited number of hookups. Campsite hookups are free to guests for the weekend. Please contact the Bride for further information. These will be given out on a first come, first serve basis.

Yes! We have booked Kobussen Buses Ltd. which will be onsite the entire day to make trips to and from the hotel. They are scheduled to make one trip prior to the ceremony, so if you'd like to drop your car off at the hotel first, that's an option! They will also be making trips once every hour following the ceremony. The schedule is as follows... Depart Chippewa Hampton Inn & Suites @ 2:43pm to arrive at the ceremony at 3:15pm. The shuttle will run again after the ceremony at 4pm, 6pm, 8pm, 10pm, and 12pm.

Yes! A set amount of beer and alcohol will be available for all guests to enjoy free of charge. Though, the bar will be cash only when prepaid alcohol runs out.

Unless a plus one is specified on your formal invitation, we ask you do not bring a guest. Thank you for understanding!
