We blocked 25 King rooms and 13 Double Queen rooms for 2 nights, October 17-19. The lodge will honor the block rate for one night, as well.
The phone number you MUST call to get the blocked rooms is (304) 258-1022, Ext 0 or 3. Speak with Roxanne or Kathy. The website will not honor the rate.
The deadline to book a room is September 20, 2025.
The Country Inn of Berkeley Springs
The Inn does not block rooms unless the wedding is held there, so there is no reservation. It is in town, very close to the Castle and has a spa.
Smalley Shuttle Service
Berkeley Springs Castle has a very small parking lot, and a very steep hill. To prevent guests from hiking in heels, we have hired a shuttle service.
Please park in the Berkeley Springs Train Depot (342 N Washington St, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411) parking lot by 2:00 PM. Mr. Smalley will driving you in a 10-passenger van to the Castle. It is about a 4 minute drive.
