It is important to note, due to the historic nature of the hotel it is not currently fully wheelchair accessible. My apologies for any inconvenience. However, the hotel has wheelchair accessible entrances. The ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue: Hotel Baker, 100 W Main Street, St. Charles, IL 60174.

The wedding/cocktail hour/reception will be indoors but an outdoor area will also be available during the reception.

Yes, a block of rooms has been reserved at Hotel Baker for our guests at a discounted rate on a first-come, first-served basis. Please reference the St. Germain/Feldkamp wedding when making your reservation. Kindly reserve your room before August 24th, 2024 by calling (630) 584-2100.

Formal attire/black-tie optional.

Please refer to your specific invitation as it will say "___ & Guest" if a plus-one has been given, or it will state the name of the plus-one depending on the situation.

Unfortunately, we cannot host any children, except those in our wedding party, at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding.

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree (steak, chicken, or salmon). Our apologies for any confusion regarding the RSVP card as we are only allowed to offer 3 food options instead of 4. If you have any questions, please let us know!

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home (please see your invitation for our home address). A wedding card box will also be at our reception.

The ceremony will begin at 6:00 PM and last approximately half an hour followed by cocktail hour and then the reception which will conclude by 12:00 AM. We recommend arriving about a half hour early to ensure you're seated prior to the ceremony beginning.

The free parking garage is located within walking distance of Hotel Baker. Depending on the weather on the day of the ceremony, we recommend arriving ~30 minutes before the 6:00 PM start time.

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony (NOT including the cocktail hour/reception). Please turn off all devices and enjoy being fully present in this moment with us. Also, we ask that you please wait to post photos of the ceremony or bride/groom on social media until after we post our first photo(s) as husband and wife. Thank you for your understanding!
