We ask that you wear sunset inspired shades of Orange, Purple, Pink, and Yellow. Men: Please consider wearing light colored suits, slacks, vests, and light colored dress shirts. However, darker colored suits are acceptable. Please feel free to wear a fun floral tie, pocket square, and/ or socks. Women: Consider wearing tea-length to floor-length dresses, formal/ dressy jumpsuits, or pants suits in a vibrant color or formal floral pattern. Please refer to the photos below for inspiration.

We understand the value of photos of such an amazing moment, but we ask kindly that you not record or photograph at our wedding. We want everyone to relish the moment without distraction. Our photo/video team will be sure to capture this precious moment.

While we love and cherish all the little ones in our lives, we've chosen to include only the children of immediate family in our celebration.

We appreciate wanting to share this moment with others, but we ask that you please do not invite people that are not included on your invite. We have limited seating and prearranged food with our caterer and are unable to accommodate uninvited guest.

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. Please keep in mind that there will most likely be some walking in grass and light gravel (in regards to footwear). There will be no overhead coverage, we ask that you plan accordingly (sunscreen, sunglasses, formal hats/caps...) We ask kindly that you do not bring umbrella as it will interfere with photos.

After the ceremony, we will be hosting an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour. Feel free to enjoy the beautiful venue. At the conclusion of the cocktail hour we will begin our indoor reception.

The drinks are included, but we do ask that you bring some cash to tip our wonderful bartenders.

We ask that when you RSVP to inform us of any food allergies or restrictions so we can inform the caterer and plan accordingly.

Yes, we are able to accommodate all of our invited guest. If you do have difficulty walking in uneven terrain (i.e. Grass and gravel) we ask you to inform us when you RSVP so we can assist you to the ceremony site.

Unfortunately we will not be able to provide any transportation. However the venue has a vast amount of free parking with easy access to the ceremony site and reception space.

If you were unable to reserve a room within the room block deadline we can not guarantee that the hotels will have availability, but you may be able to reach out to the hotels listed on our home page and give them the wedding party information to see what they have available.
