At the latest we will need your RSVP by August 1st, but the earlier the better!

While we absolutely adore your kiddos, we’re hoping to keep the day more adult-focused. If you’re able to enjoy a child-free evening, we’d really appreciate it! That said, we understand that childcare isn’t always an option. If your little ones do need to join, just let us know before RSVPs are due so we can plan accordingly.

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony, we’d love for everyone to be fully present in the moment with us. We have a professional photographer capturing all the special moments, and we’ll be sure to share those photos with you once they’re ready That said, snap away during the reception! We’d love to see your candid shots and memories from the celebration.

We’re keeping our celebration on the more intimate side, so plus-ones will be limited. If you’ve been given a plus-one, it’ll be noted when you RSVP. If you’re unsure or have any questions, feel free to reach out!

Since our venue is in a county park, parking is a bit limited, so we recommend arriving early and carpooling if possible! You’re welcome to park in the lower field (please not in the middle field). Thanks for helping us keep things running smoothly!

We encourage our guests to embrace bright and cheerful colors to celebrate with us and complement our vibrant theme! Think light and bright, pink, blue, purple, etc. And of course no white!

We’re keeping things booze-free for the big day—but don’t worry, there’ll be plenty of fun (and delicious drinks) to go around! If a sneaky little flask happens to tag along, well… your secret’s safe with us. (;

We will be holding our ceremony outside with an indoor reception, as well as some outside patio activities.
