Jason and Desiree met in September of 2020. Their first date consisted of sitting on the tailgate of Jason's truck and talking for hours. After that first date they were just never apart. One of their favorite things to do is take that same truck and drive to the lake and have dinner together while sitting on that same tailgate and talking the evening away. They love to send each other funny pictures of anything and everything. The first picture Jason ever sent Desiree was of him smiling along with two of his buddies, once again in that special truck, with blue lights shining through the back glass. Jason said in his defense he did not see the speed limit sign nor was he driving at that particular moment. A lot of memories were made in that truck so it was only fitting that Jason and Desiree took that truck to their favorite spot by the lake and that is where Jason proposed. And now here we are. Still have the same truck, still go to the same lake, and are still just as inseparable as ever some three years later. We are so excited for what the future holds and consider each day together to be a blessing.
