Our Story

Desiree and Griffin’s story began in 2018, during their freshman year of college—Desiree at IUPUI and Griffin at Butler University. Though they attended different schools, fate brought them together through a mutual connection: Abbie, Desiree’s Maid of Honor, was dating (and would later marry) one of Griffin’s close friends.They quickly bonded over their shared love for great burgers, evening strolls along the canal, and late nights spent with friends.In 2020, after some time apart, Desiree reached out to Griffin’s best friend Cade to check in—and just like that, their paths aligned once more. Since that day, they’ve been inseparable.Now, the couple shares their life with their two beloved miniature goldendoodles, Milo and Fresa, and continue to build a beautiful life together. In the spring of 2024, Griffin and Desiree got engaged, excited to take the next step in their journey. They can’t wait to celebrate their love and begin this next chapter—hand in hand, hearts full, and future bright.
