In 2015 Leo and Desta met outside of Desta's university dorm at DePaul University. What started as chance encounters soon became a long lasting relationship. Fast forward to 2020, when Leo and Desta took the exciting step to move in together. The journey continued for 8 years, until a trip to Lithuania, where Leo popped the question, and Desta said 'yes' to forever.
En 2015, Leo et Desta se sont rencontrés à l'extérieur de leur résidence universitaire. Ce qui a commencé comme une rencontre fortuite est vite devenu une relation à long terme. En 2020, ils ont franchi l’étape d’emménager ensemble. Cette histoire a durée 8 ans, jusqu'à un voyage en Lituanie, où Leo a posé la question et Desta a dit « oui » pour toujours.
2015 metais Leo ir Modesta susipažino prie DePaulo universiteto bendrabučių. Tai, kas prasidėjo kaip atsitiktiniai susitikimai, greitai tapo ilgalaikiais santykiais. Persikelkime į 2020 metus, kai Leo ir Modesta sugalvojo gyventi kartu. Po 8 metų draugystės, Leo ir Modesta išvyko į Lietuvą su draugais, kur Leo pasipiršo jai, ir Modesta atsakė 'taip' amžinai.

In August 2023, Leo and Desta visited Lithuania for what Desta thought was just a road trip with friends. On the second day, at the top the Gediminas Castle Tower, Leo decided to make the moment unforgettable. Against the backdrop of Vilnius, Desta's hometown, he went down on one knee and asked her to marry him. She said yes, and here we are!
En août 2023, Leopold et Desta ont visité la Lituanie pour ce que Desta pensait n'être qu'un road trip entre amis. Le deuxième jour, au sommet de la tour du château de Gediminas, Leopold a décidé de rendre ce moment inoubliable. Dans le contexte de Vilnius, la ville natale de Desta, il s'est mis à genoux et lui a demandé de l'épouser. Elle a dit oui, et nous voici !
2023 metų rugpjūtį, Leo ir Modesta aplankė Lietuvą. Modesta galvojo kad tai tik paprasta kelionė po Lietuvą automobiliu su draugais, bet antrą dieną, Gedimino pilies bokšte, Leo padare šį momentą nepakartojamą. Vilniaus fone, Modestos gimtajame mieste, jis atsiklaupė ant vieno kelio ir paprašė jos ištekėti už jo. Ji pasakė 'taip', ir štai mes dabar čia!
