What is the deadline to RSVP?

January 22nd, 2025. RSVPs submitted after the cutoff date must be directly confirmed by Destiny and Andrew. While there will be ample seating during the ceremony for unexpected guests, the food, drinks, and seating at the reception will be based on the headcount we receive before the deadline. Therefore, it's crucial to RSVP on time to ensure we can accommodate everyone properly. Please keep in mind, if we receive no response, you are not authorized to attend the reception. Thank you!

Are kids allowed?

We understand that arranging childcare can be challenging. However, we are restricting the attendance of children under 14 to ensure an undisturbed ceremony along with alcohol being presented at the reception venue. The only exception being made is for the flower girl and flower boy. Provided with a proficient notice to the event, we do hope plans for childcare can be made accordingly and we thank you in advance for your flexibility!

Can I bring a plus 1?

If a plus one is not already on the guest list, please send a request to Destiny and Andrew as soon as possible. Acceptance of plus ones will be on a first come, first served basis and cannot be guaranteed for everyone. Please keep in mind that as the cut off date for RSVP’s closes in, so does availability for a +1.

Will there be accommodations for my food or drink allergies?

Yes. Please inform Destiny and Andrew of any food or drink allergies ASAP or fill out the questionnaire when confirming your RSVP.

Where should we bring or send our wedding gift?

If you would like to honor us with a gift, you may bring it to the ceremony, or reception, or ship it to our house via registry. You can contact Destiny and Andrew for their address if necessary.

Do I have to pay for my own flight/ hotel?

Yes! Your presence is very valuable and important but our budget is not flexible enough to cover everyone’s travel expenses.

Will the celebration be indoors or outdoors?

We will have the ceremony indoors at a church and the reception will be outdoors at a venue.

What do I wear?

Formal attire. This might include a jacket and tie or a traditional suit. An elegant dress or a nice pantsuit would also be appropriate. The color scheme of our wedding is various shades of dusty/navy blue. This can be incorporated in attire as well.

What is the weather going to be like?

Texas weather is highly unpredictable. Please plan accordingly for necessary accessories and garments like umbrellas, rain coats, sweaters, jackets, etc.

What time should I arrive?

It is advised to arrive at the ceremony AT LEAST 30 minutes early. Please plan accordingly for traffic and personal habits!
