It all started in San Diego in 2019, at a lounge Christian would stop by after work. I (the bartender/server) noticed him right away — for purely shallow reasons — and immediately gave him the code name&nbsp;“Caramel Macchiato”&nbsp;so I could secretly tell my coworkers I had a crush on him. We became friends, the kind that flirted around the edges without making it too obvious. Or at least we thought we were subtle.Christian says it was my smile that first caught his attention. Then my eyes sealed the deal. (His words, not mine — though I’m not disagreeing.)When I eventually left the job, Christian came back and asked where I was. After learning I no longer worked there, he&nbsp;somehow&nbsp;found my Facebook profile — a process he claims took a few hours (I say stalker, he says dedicated). He sent me a friend request… on my birthday. He had no idea, but it was hands down the best birthday present I’ve ever received.Since then, we’ve been building a life full of travel, late-night food runs, and binge watching Marvel movies. Christian proposed on a beach in San Francisco — it was beautiful and perfect, and he even arranged for our son and family to be there afterward to celebrate with us. I thought we were just taking family portraits. Looking back, I should’ve known. The fact that I didn’t question a single weird behavior that day really made me realize how easily I could be talked into joining a cult.What we love most about each other isn’t just what’s on the surface. I love how unapologetically Christian lives by his values, and how deeply he cares for others. He stood by me during the hardest moments of my life without ever wavering. He says he loves my heart — calls it golden — and makes it his mission to protect it.If you ask our friends, they’d probably say we’re thoughtful and funny. And honestly, they’re right. We make each other laugh, but we also hold space for each other in the softest, most intentional way.We chose a destination wedding because we wanted to create lasting memories with the people who mean the most to us. The thing I'm looking forward to most? Saying our vows. The moment that will tie it all together. When I asked Christian what he is looking forward to the most he said "the honeymoon"....so there's that.

“Hi I’m Scott. I live in sunny San Diego with my girlfriend and our two rescue dogs, Mancha and Fiona. I met Christian in San Jose back in 2016 while working for the same company. After moving to San Diego a year later I was able to entice Christian to do the same so you can all thank me for us being here today. Christian is the kind of friend that will keep you on your toes, literally. Mine are usually on the dash of his car while he drives like a total f-king lunatic, tailgating, swerving and exceeding the speed limits by triple digits (I have videos). Sometimes I had to remind him that we are going to dinner with clients and that pink, male rompers are not likely accepted in Texas. We have had a lot of great times, many adventures and despite his and Bamber’s best efforts I have not been arrested, yet… Thank you Christian and Destiny for allowing me the honor of being part of your special day and your lives."

Xenotes is a&nbsp;tour offered by Xcaret&nbsp;that takes you to visit&nbsp;four different types of cenotes (sinkholes)&nbsp;in the Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico. These cenotes offer various activities in each one, giving you a diverse experience of these natural formations.&nbsp;What's included in the Xenotes tour?&nbsp;The Xenotes tour includes round-trip transportation with a certified guide and visits to four different types of cenotes, each offering unique activities. TIPS AND TRICKS

CHECK IN &amp; THE RESORTRESORT CHECK IN TIME IS 3:00 PM If arriving before 3, they will hold your bags and deliver them to your room when it is ready. We recommend packing a separate bag for items you’d like to keep with you (swimsuit, sunscreen, medications) until your room is ready (you can enjoy all amenities as soon as you arrive). 	RESORTS DO NOT TAKE RESERVATIONS and are first come, first served. THE DRINKING WATER AND ICE AT THE RESORT ARE FILTERED and there should not be an issue consuming anything you are served, but do be cautious about drinking water from the sink or the shower. There is also always bottled water in your suite fridge (restocked daily). LIQUOR AND SNACKS ARE PROVIDED IN ALL ROOMS ABOVE THE MINI FRIDGE ALONG WITH SNACKS AND DRINKS INSIDE THE MINI FRIDGE THAT ARE RESTOCKED DAILY.
