Can I stay at Garza Blanca before the 14th and past the 16th?
Yes! For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved from March Mon 10, 2025 through March Wed 19, 2025.
Should I stay at Garza Blanca Cancun Hotel?
Yes, It is better to stay at the hotel. It gives you easy access to get from the comfort of your hotel room to the event location.
Can I bring my kid(s)?
We love your kid(s) but sorry no, we’re only allowing children of immediate family

Do I Need a Passport?
Yes, you do. US Passport holders don't need a visa. Kindly check your status before traveling.
Can I travel with An Expired Passport?
No, you cannot! Please check your passport when booking. Your passport typically cannot expire within 6 months of your travel
How many nights should I stay?
There is a minimum requirement of a 3-night stay in order to receive the group pricing.
We would recommend a 3-night to 5-night stay to fully enjoy all the wedding events, and the resort and also allow time for local travel and excursions.
What is the payment deposit structure for the room?
When booking, a 30% deposit of your stay will be required at the time of reservation. The final payment will be due at check-in.
What if I would like to upgrade my room?
If you would like to upgrade your room, please first book a room that is being offered for you and your party.
Once you receive your booking confirmation, you can contact our travel concierge team, to inquire about available upgrade options.

How long should my passport be valid?
To travel to Mexico, your passport should be valid during your entire stay. That being said, it is advised that your passport should have 6 months of validity and at least two pages for stamps.
Do I need to book with the group?
Yes. We have negotiated an exclusive rate for all of our guests that includes accommodation and access to each of the events. For this reason, please use the provided booking link to book your room. This also allows us to include you with the rest of the wedding party, so you all get the same group benefits. Additional daily fees will apply to enter the resort off-property.

Terms and Conditions
The Kids’ Club is open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm for children between the ages of 4 through 12. All Kids’ Club staff are fully trained and certified babysitters, who also provide babysitting services. There’s a limit of 2 children per babysitter. Guests can request the babysitting service at the Kids’ Club or with the Activities Manager. If you have any questions, please send an email to kidsclub.gbcn@garzablancaresort.com and they will be able to assist you.
- Cost: The Kids’ Club is free for kids aged 4 – 12. Babysitting services can be requested for kids under the age of 4 and outside of Kids’ Club hours. The cost for the babysitting service is $35 USD per hour for 1 child and $45 USD an hour for 2 children. *Prices are subject to change during the holiday season. - Ages – 4 - 12
