When Should I RSVP?
If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation - that is great and very helpful!
The last day to RSVP is September 20th 2024. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date provided, it will be marked down as a "No".
We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to our vendors in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's, we hope that you understand!
Can I Bring a Date/ +1?
Due to the limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
What Time Should I Arrive at the Ceremony?
We recommend that you arrive at least 20 - 30 minutes before our 3:30pm ceremony time. This gives enough time to be on schedule. If you are late and the wedding has started, we ask you to stand in the back until the ceremony is finished.
What should I wear?
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire. Double check the forecast and dress accordingly!
For Example:
Women are more than welcome to wear any semi-formal dress they would like (we are not hosting the MET gala, so don't think you have to dress too fancy).
Men can wear a button-up, dress pants/ khakis and a suit jacket (if they so desire). Feel free to reach out with any questions!
Are There Any Colors that should be avoided?
We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditional reserved for the bride - White, Ivories, and creams.
Is it Okay to Take Pictures w/ Our Phones During the Ceremony??
We are having an unplugged ceremony. We hired an amazing photographer to capture all special moments. However, you are more than welcome to bring out your cameras and phones during the reception!
Will the Ceremony and Reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outdoors under a outdoor pavilion, and the reception will be held indoors.
How does seating work?
The ceremony will be open seating other than the first two rows. If you would like to sit on the bride's/groom's side, we will have ushers that will clarify that to you!
The reception will also be open seating other than reserved tables near the head table. Please sit where ever you please and mingle around!
Will there be parking available?
There is plenty of parking available at the venue! However, overnight parking is not permitted; please plan accordingly.
