You are cordially invited to a welcome reception at the Holiday Inn University Plaza, 1021 Wilkinson Trace Bowling Green, KY 42103 7-9pm. The welcome reception is completely optional and an opportunity for the wedding party to greet guests coming in from out of town.

You are cordially invited to a Send Off brunch for the Bride and Groom on June 9th 11:30am – 1pm at the Holiday Inn University Plaza. The farewell brunch is optional and a way for the bride and groom to thank you for coming to the wedding in a more casual setting.

We ask that you arrive at the venue no later than 5:45pm. There is a little distance from the parking lot to the ceremony area (golf cart transportation will be available), so please factor that into your arrival time. We would like our guests to be seated when the ceremony is ready to begin at 6pm. For arrivals after 6pm, we ask that you wait until the ceremony has concluded and join us for cocktail hour. We will not be letting anyone in once the bridal party lines up to ensure late guests are not causing a distraction from the ceremony.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

We love your kiddos! Unfortunately, due to limited space and efforts to keep our wedding intimate, we cannot accommodate everyone’s children. Your online RSVP will specify who is accounted for. We hope that kids or not, you’ll be able to join us in celebrating our special day!

Guests are more than welcome to take pictures at the RECEPTION. However, during the ceremony, we request that guests keep cell phones on silent and put away to be present in the moment with us. We will share photos of the wedding from our professional photographer on social media after the wedding.

A courtesy van will be provided from the Holiday Inn University Plaza to Lost River Cave. It will be available every 15 minutes. Please make arrangements at the front desk for times and availability. The last van ride back from the cave to the hotel will be at 11:45pm. Taxis, Uber, and Lyft are available in the area.

Yes! There is a large parking lot with plenty of space for all of our guests. There will be a golf cart that will make trips from the parking lot to the ceremony area.

It is! We just ask that everyone drinks responsibly and know that drinking and driving is not acceptable! It’s important to us that our guests arrive and leave safely so please have a plan for after the wedding.

Yes! A vegetarian pasta option will be available.
