The ceremony and reception will both be at the same venue in Sartell, MN; please arrive at least 20 minutes before the 3:30 PM ceremony start time.

We kindly request formal or cocktail attire. Guests should avoid white or predominantly white outfits. For men: dress pants, khakis, or dress slacks are appropriate; please avoid jeans, shorts, and casual wear.

Please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP, specifying the exact restriction or allergy. The chef requires this information in advance to prepare safe meals; if dietary needs are not submitted before the wedding day, we cannot guarantee accommodations.

When you RSVP you’ll be asked whether you’re bringing a plus-one. Due to venue capacity, we’ve allocated invitations based on our guest list, so please only RSVP “yes” for additional guests if they were explicitly invited. If you think there’s been a mistake, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Standard hotel check-in is 3:00 PM on the day of your reservation. If you need to arrive earlier as the ceremony is at 3:30 PM, please contact the hotel the morning of your stay — they may be able to accommodate an early check-in depending on availability.
