In the summer of 2010, a football player from Louisiana and a golfer from California moved to Illinois for their Freshman year at Northwestern University. Collin & Devon met that same year and became friends. A couple of freezing Chicago winters and humid Midwest summers passed before the two finally got together their spring quarter of Junior year. They have been inseparable ever since! Two months into dating, Collin told Devon he was going to marry her and the rest is history…they moved in together a few years after college, got a Fox Red Labrador Retriever named Chi (after the city they fell in love in), and after five years of dating, Collin proposed to Devon on April 20th, 2018 at the Hotel Zachary next to Wrigley Field.
