What is the dress code?
We’re excited to see our friends all dressed up, but please keep the weather in mind, because it might be a little chilly. Rehearsal dinner is dressy casual, & wedding day is semi-formal! Dress to impress, but most importantly, be comfortable! Please refer to the photos below for inspiration for our rehearsal dinner and wedding day.
Can I bring a date?
Due to venue capacity limits, we’re keeping our event with close friends and family. If your save the date or invitation was addressed to you and a guest, then yes, you can bring a plus one! Otherwise, it’s just you, us, and an unforgettable celebration.
Can I bring my children?
We adore your little ones! However, due to space limitations, only children explicitly invited by the bride and groom can attend.
Will food & drink be provided?
Yes, food & drinks will be provided throughout Field Day on Saturday, January 17th.
On Wedding Day, Sunday, January 18th, light breakfast items will be available at our Coffee Bar in the Great Hall. We’ll also have a designated Snack Room stocked with grab-and-go treats available all weekend.
You’re welcome to head into Carmel Valley Village on Sunday for breakfast or lunch; just be sure to allow plenty of time to return before the ceremony begins.
Will alcohol be provided?
Yes, alcohol will be provided throughout the weekend. BUT, we welcome the contribution of beer or seltzers for the Field Day game festivities!
I'm not staying on-site, what should I do?
There are plenty of hotels within 20-45 minutes of the venue. Feel free to check out hotels located in Carmel-by-the-Sea, Monterey, and Carmel Valley. Please note that you will be responsible for your transportation to and from our venue, "The Camp at Carmel Valley" for each day of events.
