The Wedding Ceremony will take place outdoors on the Lawn at Hotel Covington, with the cocktail hour and reception to follow indoors at the Madison Event Center (next door).

The cocktail hour and reception will take place at the Madison Event Center (next door to Hotel Covington). It is a less than 2 minute walk from ceremony to reception.

The dress code is cocktail to formal. This means that suits, gowns, and cocktail dresses are welcome.

Overnight valet and daily valet are available at Hotel Covington. Short term valet is $8, long term valet (overnight) is $25. If you prefer to self-park there is a parking garage in the back of the hotel with a daily rate of $12, or $3 per hour.

We love all of your little ones! However, due to many factors including limited space, we respectfully request that you only bring children if they were noted on your invitation when you RSVP through the website. We encourage you to use our wedding as an opportunity to enjoy a night out!

Most definitely! We want to see everyone let loose and have a great time. Beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us!
