Our private ceremony starts at 3:30. We ask guests to arrive prior to the ceremony start time. Guests will not be able to enter if running late to the ceremony as the space is small and entry is very close to the aisle.

After the ceremony, the bar will open and light snacks will be provided during the cocktail hour. It is during this time that we ask all of our reception guests to begin arriving. The grand entrance is planned for between 5:00 and 5:30, so please arrive prior to this time so we can experience this with all of you!

The reception will include speeches as well as the special dances. There will be a variety of appetizers served throughout the reception period as well. There is no sit down dinner, but there will be plenty of seating options for those who do not wish to stand.

Be sure to bring your dancing shoes!!

The dance will kick off at 8pm and we are excited to be able to invite even more of our friends to celebrate with us during this time. The venue will be monitoring the guest list, so if you wish to invite a plus one for this part of the event, please contact us in advance.
