Wedding Weekend Timeline

Arrivals

Thursday October 10th 2024

The Bride and Groom-to-be will arrive in Alexandria and check in to the Alexandrian.


Guests travelling from out of country are encouraged to arrive no later than Thursday.

Wedding Events

Friday October 11th 2024

Guest travelling in from out of town--Continental US-- are encouraged to arrive no later than Friday afternoon.


Guests:

Please take the day to enjoy all Alexandria and the DMV has to offer. For ideas visit the Things to Do page.


Bridal Party & Our Families:

Arrive at St. Paul's Episcopal Church by 3:45 PM for the Rehearsal. The Rehearsal should take approximately 45 minutes.


Guests are invited to join the Bridal Party and our families for a Welcome Drink at Chadwicks

Saturday October 12th 2024

The day we've all been waiting for is finally here!

Wedding:

Guests can begin arriving at St. Paul's Episcopal Church at 3:30 PM

Guests should be seated by 3:55 PM


Pictures:

Pictures will take place at the Church and Belle Haven Country Club. The Bridal Party and immediate family will take pictures immediately following the ceremony.


Pictures with extended family and friends will take place at Belle Haven and the approximate time and locations will be communicated to those individuals ahead of time.

Cocktail Hour:


Cocktail Hour will be immediately following the ceremony at Belle Haven Country Club. The Bridal Party will take photos at both the Church and Belle Haven during this time.


Guests using Uber are encouraged to pre-book their rides for approximately $10 (one-way).


Reception:


A reminder that there is parking in Old Town 1 block from the church at 111 S Pitt St and at Belle Haven Country Club. We do encourage guests to use Uber. For more information on Uber credits and parking please visit Travel.

Thank you so much for spending our special day with us. You're being here has meant everything to us.


We're sad to see you all head home; so, before you do please consider stopping by Murphy's Grand Irish Pub in Old Town to say farewell. This will be an informal occasion.


Sunday Brunch is popular at Murphy's so guests who wish to dine in are encouraged to reserve a table at least a week ahead of time.
