Our story actually starts all the way back in our high school days in 2014. We first met in Mr. Regez’s history class sophomore year when Dylan was assigned a seat directly behind mine. After the first few classes, we became friends. However, I slowly realized that was only his intention so that I would be so kind as to pass his notes to his other friends in class. Shortly after that, we fell into the same friend group and eventually became best friends. After graduation, our friends slowly went their separate ways. Dylan and I, however, always made it a point to stay in touch even with being at different colleges. Finally, junior year of college rolls around and I convinced Dylan to take a tour of Illinois State University with me, and the rest is history. Now, we have started our own little family with the most beautiful baby girl named Willa, our dog named Millie, and cat named Cheddar. Even though we have so much history together, this is just the beginning of our story and hopefully our family will continue to grow.
