If you receive a plus one they will formally appear in your invitation, as well as when you RSVP. If you do not see a plus one option and would like to add one, please inquire with Diamond and Bree.

Though we love our little friends, children under the age of 16 are not allowed to be in attendance.

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided it will be automatically marked as "no." We will miss celebrating with you, but it is important we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Multiple parking lots on site. You also have the option to drive and park close to the ceremony location, which will be across the street from reception at the Madera Clubhouse.

Ceremony will be outside across the street from the Madera Clubhouse. Staff will be present to direct guests to the proper location. Reception will be indoors.

We’re getting all dressed up, and you should too! We kindly ask all guests to wear formal and semi-Formal attire.

It’s often sunny and warm, so you may might want sunglasses, light layers, and sunscreen.

Unfortunately none of the lodging options provide transportation. Please coordinate in advance preferred methods of transportation.

After the ceremony we will immediately go into cocktail hour at the Madera Clubhouse. During that hour feel free to walk the property, take cute pics with the mountain background, and of course grab a drink! Reception will begin promptly at 6pm, so make sure you give yourself time to find your seats.
