Please plan to arrive around 4:00. June 1st is not only the 1st day of hurricane season, it’s also the beginning of the High Season AKA: Heavy Traffic Season!!! Please allow for this in your travel time. Venue - CAC is a nature preserve and Art Center on Wolf Bay. The entrance is the first left when you come out of the Round About on Canal Road. Parking is on the front lawn by the street, and around to the right side. When parked, proceed to the back lawn, and sign in at the guest desk. Tea, water, and lemonade will be available before the ceremony. CAC has a very strict NO Smoking policy anywhere on the property. Due to this type of venue, we have to use disposable products which caused me some anxiety, so I found the “fanciest” ones available - IYKYK!!! Dress: Summer cocktail, beach dressy - NOT formal. We want you to be comfortable! Ceremony begins at 4:30, cocktails and pass arounds will be served outside after the ceremony. Dinner and reception will be inside. We will have a photo booth that will serve as our guest book. You will receive a picture as well as a link to view the gallery. Also, a Live Artist will be painting during dinner and the reception, from a picture that she will take during the ceremony. Exit - we have a fun departure planned, and would love for you to participate. Without giving out too many details, your phone flashlight will be needed. It will begin around 8:15 in the back of the venue, then we (Steven and I) will come back inside, then out the front for more fun! We are so excited to see everyone, and we wish those of you traveling from out of state, safe travels!

Guests will be outside while catering is setting up, and until after the ceremony. Restrooms are located at the "Blue Clay Studio”, if needed before the ceremony.

Forecast started out great for the weekend, but it has changed a little. Fortunately we have a venue that everything can be moved inside. Prayers up this doesn’t happen!!!
