Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

We invite you to RSVP online here on our website on the RSVP tab, or by mailing in the RSVP card sent with your invitation.

Please RSVP by November 8th.

What is the address of the wedding ceremony and reception?

Our venue’s address is 2201 Fishing Creek Valley Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17112. You can use this link to view the location in Google Maps Venue Location. The ceremony and reception are in the same location.

Is there parking available near the wedding venue?

Once you arrive, parking is free of charge across the street from the venue. Someone from the venue will be there directing traffic across the street. There are steps down to the entrance of the venue. If you need assistance, there will be a golf cart to transport guests to the front door from the parking lot.

What time does the ceremony start?

The ceremony starts promptly at 3pm. It will be directly followed by cocktail hour and then a reception, which concludes at 9pm.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Due to the chilly weather in December, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all indoors.

Is there a reserved block of rooms at a nearby hotel?

We have reserved a room block at SpringHill Suites Harrisburg Hershey. Please book your stay by November 5th at 3pm to guarantee a room in our block. Use this link Reservation-Link to receive our reduced rate.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel to the wedding venue?

Yes, there will be a complimentary shuttle provided to transport guests staying at the SpringHill Suites to and from the wedding. More details will be provided to those guests at a later time.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Yes, children are welcome to attend the ceremony and reception.

What type of food will be served?

We’ll be serving hors d’oeuvres at cocktail hour, followed by a buffet dinner with two choices of meat entrees.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you rsvp. The caterer is able to accommodate dietary needs, we just need to let them know ahead of time.

Will there be an open bar?

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.

Are guests allowed to take photographs?

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding ceremony “unplugged” and refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us. However please feel free to take pictures during cocktail hour and the reception and share them with us. A QR code will be provided at the event to share the photos you have taken.
