Transportation Details

Shuttle service will be provided to and from the Grand Beach Hotel.

Please plan to arrive at the hotel lobby early to ensure on-time departures.

Rehearsal Dinner (by invitation only)

4:45 PM – Pickup for wedding party and immediate family for the rehearsal

5:30 PM – Pickup for all other invited guests for transportation to the Four Seasons Hotel

Wedding Day

5:15–5:45 PM – Shuttles will run on a rolling basis beginning at 5:15 PM

The last shuttle departs at 5:45 PM

9:00 PM – Early return shuttles to the Grand Beach Hotel will begin and run continuously

Late Night – Shuttles will be provided following the after party to return guests to the Grand Beach Hotel
