The ceremony and the reception will be at Promise Farm in Manheim: 4753 Elizabethtown Rd, Manheim, PA 17545

Parking is available on site at the venue.

Wear what makes you feel pretty or fancy or free. We're going for a fun and laid-back wedding day, so no need to come in a tux or evening gown. If you plan to wear heels, be aware that the ceremony will take place on a grassy lawn. The bride will be barefoot, so if you feel like kicking off the heels and wearing them later for the reception, we support you 😜

The ceremony will begin at 4pm, so plan to arrive around 3:15-3:30pm.

The bride and groom's send off will be around 8:30pm 🎉 You're welcome to stay later, but you may be asked to stack chairs 😉

While we are inviting a few specific children who are close to us as well as the children of out-of-town guests, we ask that you only bring children or plus-ones if they are listed as invited guests in your party. We love kids and bonus friends, but we do have a limit on how many people can come to the venue and we cannot account for extra guests.

As we would like everyone to be fully present during the ceremony, we are asking that no one (except a couple of designated people and our photographer) have phones or cameras out during the ceremony. We do encourage you to take LOTS of pictures during the reception though! Yes! We will have appetizers available following the ceremony, then dinner in the early evening. The main course will be pork barbecue with a chicken barbecue option. If you have any dietary restrictions, please email us as early as possible so we can see about providing a meal option to accommodate. Soft drinks, coffee and tea, water, and beer and wine will be provided. No hard liquor is allowed on the property.
