All Americans traveling to Cancun must have a valid U.S. passport when flying into Mexico, available through the U.S. State Department (travel.state.gov). A passport or passport card is accepted for travelers driving from the United States to Cancun or for those arriving by cruise ship or other watercraft.

Shuttles from the airport to the resort may be arranged via the link on the "Travel" page. For our guests who are staying at Paradisus, a shuttle service will be provided to the wedding venue and back on Sunday. For our guests who are not staying at Paradisus, we recommend utilizing the local taxi services; your hotel concierge can help you arrange your taxi ride. Please note that parking is not available at the wedding venue.

Welcome Party attendees who are not staying at Paradisus will need to sign in with the front desk, and there is an access fee of $60 per person. You may arrive 30 minutes before the event and stay up to 30 minutes after the end of the Welcome Party.
