Shuttles to Ceremony: 1:30 pm

Shuttles from both the George Washington, A Grand Wyndham Hotel and the Courtyard Marriott will leave at 1:30 pm.

For those choosing to drive and park at our parking location: 4661 N. Frederick Pike, Winchester, shuttles will arrive to pick you up around 1:45 pm.

Ceremony: 2:00 pm

Once everyone has arrived and is seated in our ceremony space, the ceremony will start.

Reception: 2:30 pm

Since our ceremony and reception locations are the same, our reception will start immediately after the ceremony.

There will be amazing, homemade, southern food, plenty of dessert, and drinks available.

Speeches: 3:15 pm

After there’s been a chance to eat, there will be a couple speeches. Who doesn’t love a good toast?

First Dances: 3:45 pm

Now is time for the lovely Mother/Son dance, Father/Daughter dance, and first dance of the newly married couple.

Fun Starts: 4:00 pm

Time to open up the dance floor for everyone! Please enjoy some great music and questionable boogie-ing with the couple.

Shuttles to Cars/Hotel: 6:00 pm

As the event starts to wind down, shuttles will begin to bring guests back to their car or hotel.

Ceremony Ends: 7:00 pm

It’s a wrap! The shuttles will do a last sweep at 7:00 pm to bring the remaining guests back to their cars or hotel.
