We took our first trip together to Leavenworth, where Corbin started to catch on that life with Doina was going to be a fun ride.

We like to say we had a COVID relationship: fresh air, countless trails, and endless hikes where we got really good at spending time together (and pretending we weren’t lost).

Every adventure had a third member—our little nugget, Peanut. With tiny legs and a big heart, he kept right up with us on the trails.

In the PNW, snowboard season is serious business. Corbin flies down the slopes while Doina, tutu and all, just tries to stay upright.

We even snuck in some sunshine days in beautiful Hawaii—trading our boots for flip-flops.

…and found ourselves paddling in gorgeous lakes whenever the road led us near the water.

Fast forward to October 2023: after countless train rides, breathtaking mountains, and probably too much cheese, we found ourselves engaged in beautiful Switzerland.
