We chose Minden Retreat as we really loved the idea of accommodation being available at our wedding venue.

BYO alcohol over the weekend except for when the wedding is on as beer, wine and some spirits will be provided at the bar.

Cold room & fridges available to store your drinks for the weekend.

Coffee, Tea, Water and Softies will be provided.

Accommodation and food !

If you wish to stay - $50 per person and $10 per child (children are welcome) however WHY NOT A CHILD FREE WEEKEND!!

This will include two nights accommodation, two hot breakfasts (Sat & Sun), A BBQ dinner on the Friday night and lunch on the Saturday before the wedding kicks off.

Sunday Night anyone who is still staying we are having dinner up at The Sundown Pub.

If you want to bring your own snacks, food or drinks for the weekend there will be available storage and fridges.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND IF CHILDREN ARE ATTENDING THERE IS A LARGE DAM ON THE RETREAT THAT ISN'T FENCED AND WILL HAVE TO KEEP EYES ON CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES.

When you receive your formal invite please RSVP and let us know what accommodation you would prefer the 1 night or Weekend.

MONEY WILL NEED TO BE PAID BY OCTOBER 1ST to the Groom & Bride prior to your RSVP so we can organise the rooms.

Building Near Dam accommodates up to 46 persons with 5 rooms which sleeps 8 persons each room on single bunk beds.

Middle building accommodates up to 12 persons with 2 rooms sleeps with 2 single single bunks and 1 room sleeps 6 with 3 single bunks.

Showers and Toilets are located outside each building.

Check in time is anywhere after 4pm on Friday the 21st of October, and check out Monday morning 9am the 24th of October.
