Dominic and Emmalee met at a water park, Typhoon Texas, in the summer of 2018. They were both in high school, Dominic a junior at Cinco Ranch High School and Emmalee a sophomore at Katy High School. They were friends for about 2 months before they decided to start dating. No formal dates occurred for the first 2 months of them being together (highschoolers and everything), so the first official date was at Saltgrass for homecoming. From this first date their relationship grew and flourished. They went on cruises together, off-roading, many trips back to the place they met, and all of these combined to make them a couple of 6 years!

Proposal:

Dominic proposed to Emmalee at her family's house on New Years Day at 12:00am. Dominic made sure that Emmalee's nails were done, both families were present, pictures/videos were taken, and most importantly it was a surprise. Dominic waited until there were fireworks going, got on one knee and popped the question! It was a surprise of a lifetime!
