WHERE DO YOU RECOMMEND STAYING?

Jacob and I have arranged hotel blocks for our guests at three hotels within a 30 minute commute to our wedding venue. 1. Hampton Inn Tiffin: 10 king bedrooms available for $169/night. Check in 09/19-09/21/25. Room needs to be reserved by 08/20/2025. Booking code is LHW. 2. Hampton Inn Fremont: 20 rooms, 10 double queens for a rate of $160/night. 10 kings for a rate of $170/night. Check in 09/19-09/21/25. Room needs to be reserved by 07/20/25. Booking code is HLW.

WHERE IS THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

The ceremony and reception will both be located at the Seneca Hills Barn. All guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes, there is plenty of parking available onsite.

WHEN AND WHERE DO I RSVP

Please RSVP on our website by following the QR code on our invitations by 08/20/2025. You are welcomed to RSVP before this date!

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

You will be missed, but we completely understand. Please RSVP "no" as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget and meet our venue restrictions. Your invitation is addressed to those who are invited. If it includes a guest by name, then yes! If not, we prefer to just have you attend. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Yes! The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire, and we encourage guests to wear shades of pastel pinks, blues, lavenders, greens, yellows, etc. Think summer garden party vibes! We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing white or cream as these are reserved for members of the wedding party.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

We welcome your little ones! We just ask that you keep a close eye on them and remove them from the ceremony if they are disruptive.

DO YOU HAVE A REGISTRY?

We are so excited to celebrate with you. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items to help us kickstart our lives together! Our registry can be found here on our website. In addition, if you would like to contribute toward our honeymoon fund.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please plan on arriving between 3:30-3:45 pm to give yourself time to find a seat before the ceremony begins at 4:00 pm.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS?

We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your cell phones during the ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos the rest of the night.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?

After we say "I do," we welcome you to join us for cocktail hour where we will be serving drinks and providing yard games till we take our seats for dinner at 6:30.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

We will be serving drinks following the ceremony. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. We suggest bringing cash. We also advise that guests do not bring any alcohol onsite. Our venue has strict rules about alcohol only being provided by the venue itself. Any alcohol brought onsite by guests could lead to the wedding being shut down, and we want to celebrate with all of our guests all night long!
