The venue will open at 5:00pm to give guests time to get seated. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm.
What is the dress code?
Our wedding attire is cocktail or semi-formal. For men, a suit and tie or sport coat is appropriate. For women, a cocktail dress or dressy separates are good options. Jeans, t-shirts, and tennis shoes are not permitted.
Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, behind the venue by the golf course. Please make sure to dress warmly. The reception will be indoors.
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes, there is a lot next to the venue that is shared with Pinewood Country Club. Parking is free and there is no valet.
Can I bring my kids?
No, due to space/attendee limitations we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding. This will be an adult event.
What type of food and drink will be served?
We will have an open bar with popular alcohol selections as well as sodas and water. We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet style dinner.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
No, we will have an unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from having your phone out as our photographer will be taking photos during this time.
What’s the best way to RSVP and when is the deadline?
You can RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance.
The deadline is December 27th.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
If “and guest” or your plus one’s name is written on the invitation, you can bring someone. Due to space limitations, we cannot accommodate plus ones beyond those named on the wedding invitations.
Will there be a transfer to the reception?
No, the ceremony and reception are both taking place at The Sadie Jane.
Where should I sit?
There are no seating arrangements for the ceremony or reception. Wedding party areas will be marked as reserved.
