Our daughters De’ja and Qwetta, and a family friend, Tammy Henry, thought it would be a great idea for us to meet. We met at a birthday party we were both invited to. We talked and had our first date a few weeks later on March 5, 2022. On our date, we did not realize the time had passed to over 3 hours. Our second date was on March 12, 2022, and from then on, we have been rolling. We travel and vacation together. Joe had never taken a vacation until we met! We got engaged on March 20, 2024, and the wedding is planned for October 26, 2024. That is what God intended.
