Our experience at Excellence El Carmen ...

We stayed at Excellence El Carmen for a few days and here are our thoughts!

We booked transportation with Seasons Transfers - we emailed transfers.domrep@seasonstours.com ahead of arrival. This is included in your stay! We were picked up in a private SUV very quickly after arriving at the airport. Seasons Transfers has a counter after you exit the airport, so it was really easy to find!

We chose the Excellence Club when booking, and we thought it was worth it, and plan to do the Excellence Club again at our wedding. We got a private check in, access to an additional bars and a restaurant, concierge service, and private beach access with cabanas.

We enjoyed the food and beverages. Our meal at Magna, the Excellence Club restaurant, was our favorite meal! We had many espresso martinis at the martini bar in the lobby and enjoyed the piano bar and nightly entertainment. The service was great everywhere we went.

The resort was not too large that it felt difficult to get around, but there was a lot to check out! If you aren't one for just sitting at the pool, there were different activities going on all day long.
