Ana is Mari's younger sister and also built in best friend! Ana is a great younger sister who is very patient and a great listener. As the youngest sister Ana helps remind Mari of all the embarrassing things she did when she was younger and makes sure Dono keeps a running list! She makes us both laugh and she can't wait to have a new brother-in-law to roast alongside with Mari.

Jack and Dono met their senior year of high school in Sacramento and quickly formed a brotherly bond. From bonding over movies to launching a podcast on the side, they've stayed tight across state lines - with Jack continuing to make his annual pilgrimage to Chicago for St. Patrick's day! Jack is truly one of a kind, and we’re beyond honored to have him stand beside Dono as his best man.

Jessie and Mari met her freshman year through the FLP program. Jessie was actually Mari's "dad" in the program and has always been there to lean on from Creighton to Chicago. Jessie's energy is contagious, and he brings so much light into our lives. We highly expect him to be tearing up the dance floor come wedding day!

Carmen and Mari met in the parking lot of sonic after a freshman year party. They had told each other that night they were going to become very good friends, and it seemed like the manifesting worked out. Carmen brings so much fun and excitement into our lives. We feel so lucky to have become so close in Chicago and hope to one day end up living in the same city together again!

Audrey and Mari were in the same sorority freshman year, but their paths truly crossed in Chicago. Audrey is thoughtful, hard working and always a great listener. She has great music taste and some of our favorite memories have been at concerts together. It may have taken a couple years, but we both could not be more grateful to have a friend like Audrey!

Grace and Mari both lived on the 9th floor, home of the freshman leadership program. Grace deserves loads of kudos as she helped Mari quite a bit through the trenches of nursing school. Grace and Mari also lived together part of sophomore year, junior and senior year. Grace is a loyal friend who is always there to laugh with you, support you, and of course be the best in karaoke!

Eva and Mari met on the 9th floor of Kiewit and were a part of the Freshman leadership program. Eva and Mari quickly became friends and bonded over being from Colorado and both in healthcare degrees. Eva and Mari also lived together sophomore, junior and senior year. Eva is kind-hearted and will always make time for you despite all the many things she seems to be very impressively juggling!

Dono met John freshman year at Creighton while living in Kiewit Residence Hall, and the friendship quickly took off. During their time living together in the legendary Pineapple house, John was known for pushing culinary boundaries in the name of maximizing protein intake. Now a critical-care nurse, John is the guy you can always count on, always ready with a perfectly timed joke or an elite hype-up. We couldn’t be happier to have him standing by Dono’s side as a groomsman.

Dono met Matthew at Creighton through Phi Delta Theta, and their friendship was cemented on a spring break trip to Alabama that became one for the books. Originally from San Diego and now living in Chicago, Matthew is always up for a summer day at the lake, a Creighton game at the local watering hole, or exploring a new neighborhood. He has been a constant friend through the years, and we are grateful to have him standing with us as a groomsman.

Dono met Adam at Creighton University in Omaha, and their friendship grew even stronger when Adam stayed as a summer resident in the Pineapple. They spent countless hours in the backyard making unforgettable memories. Now living in Chicago, Adam is always up for hanging out, watching the game, or dominating trivia night. He is one of the most loyal friends anyone could ask for, and we’re lucky to have him standing with us as a groomsman.

Dono met Chase at Creighton University, and they became fast friends during their freshman year. Chase is always down for a round of golf, sharing great music, or diving into a deep conversation. He even founded the Creighton Brewing Club and taught everyone the art of brewing the perfect IPA. In his final semester of DO school in Wichita, Kansas, Chase has remained a loyal friend. We’re lucky to have him in our lives and thrilled to have him standing with Dono as a groomsman.

Dono has known Max since their Little League days in Sacramento, growing up together and becoming lifelong friends. From golf outings and concerts to bike rides with the ESRG, Max has always been there for unforgettable adventures. Now living in Santa Barbara, he’s still a constant presence, and we’re lucky to have him in our lives and standing with Dono as a groomsman!
