Other Things to Do:

Recreate our mid-hike day in town, a stop in Tahoe City. Breakfast at Dam Café, lunch at Za's Lakefront, and dinner at Bridgetender Tavern.

Explore the sleepier side of the lake. In North Lake there are great options like the town of Kings Beach which boasts spots like Caliente and Jason's Beachside.

Take a trip to historic downtown Truckee. About 20 minutes north of the lake is a cute historic railroad town with fun shops, bars, and is located near a Jack Nicklaus designed golf course called 'Old Greenwood' which hosts PGA events!
