When can I RSVP, and can I RSVP online, or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
The RSVP option will be available once we mail the invites. The website will have an RSVP tab, but remember to bring your invite to the wedding. Instructions will be included on the invite once you receive it by mail.
What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP no later than July 24, 2024.
What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?
The ceremony and reception will be at Coldstream Ranch, which is wheelchair accessible.

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue(s)?
By car, taxi or shuttle. Please note there is no Uber in Okotoks or High River.
Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?
Yes, there is parking available at the venue.
What time should I arrive at the venue?
Please arrive by 2 p.m. The ceremony starts at 3 p.m.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The wedding will be entirely outdoors, but if needed, the white top tent has walls if the weather doesn't cooperate.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
We have only blocked rooms at the Ramada by Wyndham High River. The reservation deadline is July 10, 2024. After this date, any unreserved rooms will be released, and you won't receive the group rate.
Are there trailer hookups?
No. There are no hookups and dry camping only unless you have a generator.
Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?
Yes, please see the transportation tab on the website for more details.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
The dress code is a formal garden party. We understand it will be hot in August, so please dress appropriately.
Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me not to wear?
The bridesmaids will be in shades of sage green, and the groomsmen will be in black and white. There are no other colours you need to avoid.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Yes, all kiddos are allowed!
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
We will have platters from the Italian Centre during cocktail hour. For dinner, we are keeping it casual with Savino's Food Truck from 6 - 10 p.m. Once the truck opens, please help yourself!
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes, we will have an alternate option for celiacs since there is cross-contamination with flour in Savino's food truck.
Will there be an open bar?
No, it will be a cash-only toonie bar. Drink tickets will be available at the bar.
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
We plan to travel for three weeks, which will add up, so we're asking for money to help fund our honeymoon in Southeast Asia! Please see the Registry tab.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Yes, please do! We created a secure and private online album to save all your full-resolution photos and videos to our site. Please see the guestpix tab. Once you upload your photos and videos, all the guests can see them in real-time. We will have the QR code throughout the venue as well.
Can I post wedding photos on social media?
Go for it, but please make sure you upload them to the guestpix site as well so we have them!
