Drake started working at Hijinx (where Mayzee was already working) in November 2019. Drake was hired on as a party host, and Mayzee was his trainer. One thing lead to another and the best man, Cameron Bandy, served as the wing-man (whole bird) to get Mayzee and Drake together. They started dating July 9, 2020 and said I love you a mere two days later. Drake orchestrated a surprise proposal in Silver Dollar city on December 9, 2023.
