Due to the strict limit of guests the venue holds, kids are not welcome unless specifically mentioned on an invitation. We hope this advance notice will enable you to share in our big day and enjoy the evening off!

Formal or cocktail attire is encouraged. The ceremony will be outside and the reception inside. We are hoping for a beautiful day!

An unplugged ceremony is simply a no electronics ceremony. Meaning no cell phones, Ipads, cameras, or video recordings. We have invited those most special to us to be apart of our ceremony and we want everyone to be present in the moment with us. We completely understand the urge to whip out your phone for a picture/video to share, or post later, but we have hired the best professional photographers to capture this special day. The last thing we want to see in all our photos is a sea of phones covering all of your beautiful faces. So please be respectful of our unplugged ceremony. Thank you!

During the reception, we encourage you to take all the photos you would like!

We have limited parking at Venue Chisca. There is parking available in the lot connected to the venue. There is also a lot that the venue has access to on the corner of Persimmon and Adams (IL 29) that you are welcome to park in.

We have decided to leave it up to our guests to decide whether or not to wear a mask. We just want you all there. Mask or no mask, do what makes you feel comfortable.
