Once upon a time, in the enchanted halls of North Forsyth and the nearby kingdoms of childhood football games and family cookouts, two royal families were often found side by side. Their youngest princes were the best of friends, but little did anyone know—another story was quietly waiting to unfold. Though Princess Kendall and Prince Drew had crossed paths many times, it wasn’t until her senior year and his freshman debut that fate decided to step in. As rumors of a royal romance swirled, the two decided to “pretend” to date—because, why not play along with the castle gossip? But just like in every good fairytale, something magical happened. The pretending turned into real late-night talks, real laughter, and very real feelings. (Spoiler alert: Prince Drew had secretly been under the spell of a crush since he was just ten years old!) Not long after, in a moment straight out of a high school rom-com, he asked her to be his for real—in the bustling corridors of their castle-like high school. Seven years, countless adventures, and many Disney trips later… he got down on one knee in October 2024, and the fairytale proposal became the beginning of their greatest chapter yet. Now, with love as strong as Aurora’s slumber and hearts as full as Cinderella’s ballroom, we can’t wait to say “I do” and start our forever after.
